- I am worth it
- I feel better when I do
- It gives me self esteem and confidence
- I am committed
- I am determined
- I don't like being considered obese
- I have the tools and resources needed to make it work
- I have no excuses to not work out
- I sleep better
- I look better
- I'm worth it
I CAN DO IT!
