"I Can Do It!"

Day 7 blog:
"I can do it" (dieting and exercise) because....
  • I am capable of anything
  • I am worth it
  • I feel better when I do
  • It gives me self esteem and confidence
  • I am committed
  • I am determined
  • I don't like being considered obese
  • I have the tools and resources needed to make it work
  • I have no excuses to not work out
  • I sleep better
  • I look better
  • I'm worth it

I CAN DO IT!
